Vintage Van Briggle art pottery matte-glazed tulip planter bowl- 3.5” x 9”

Founded in 1899 by Artus Van Briggle and his wife Emma in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They were known for their sculptural designs inspired by flowing natural forms. Their pottery was either shaped by hand or molded and finished with unique, softly shaded chemical glazes that set it apart from mass-produced wares. This color is classic Van Briggle, it is marked on the bottom as well. Gently used, but no chips, cracks or repairs. Really a lovely piece. That color! ❤️
