Vintage Japanese Kutani hand painted covered sugar bowl with gold trim 4” x 7”

This sweet little covered bowl is a lovely example of fine hand-painted craftsmanship. Beautiful as a sugar bowl, but could be used to hold any number of things for hair accessories to paper clips or buttons, anywhere you want to add a touch of charm and whimsy. In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. A bit of wear on the gold trim but to be expected in an item of this age. It is 4” tall and 7 “ across the handles. Really a pretty bowl!
