Antique hand-painted porcelain pitcher vase with violets and gilding 8.5” x 5”

Gorgeous! This vintage Victorian ewer/vase is beautifully hand painted with delicate violets. Eiderdown-soft pastel blue grounds paired with opulent gilded accents on handles, rim, and base are hallmarks of this decorative style. The artisan who painted these lovely violets was highly skilled. Measures 8.5” tall and 5” wide, it is in excellent condition- no chips, cracks or repairs. Just a spectacular example of fine hand-painted turn-of-the-century porcelain. Exquisite!
