So special! This gorgeous piece of art pottery has a metal flower frog specifically designed for the traditional “Ikebana” (or minimalist) art of flower arranging. Fewer blossoms, and more empty space between flowers, treating it as a design element is what makes that style so interesting and aesthetically simple yet beautiful. The vase has a spectacular blue glaze and unique pattern around the inside rim, which has a wonderful sense of movement. The piece is signed by the artist on the bottom. Measures 3” tall and 6” across, it is in excellent condition- no chips, cracks or repairs.
